What we collect and why

If you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the date you signed up, so we can tell you when Monster Run opens. We ask you to confirm your address by email (double opt-in) before you are added to the list. Your legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from the site itself. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. To protect the list from abuse, we also limit how many people can join the waitlist at once.

Who processes it

MailerLite stores the waitlist and sends our emails on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Turnstile, the check on the signup form that tells people from bots; Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals for that purpose only. Some providers are based outside the EU, in which case transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Until we send you the launch announcement, or 12 months after you sign up, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict its use, by emailing us. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
